We are CPMS – We simplify the complex
CPMS is a small but growing infrastructure consultancy of around 90 people with ambitious growth plans for the next 3 years and beyond. When four friends started the company in 2012 we were experts in providing project management in the rail sector but in the last 7 years, we've gone from strength to strength and now we provide the full range of professional input to infrastructure projects (although we'll always love the railway)
Bringing in new colleagues at the start of their career is a vital part of our plan to grow our business, so we're looking for dedicated people to join us on our 2 year programme and learn the art and science of project management.
A 2:2 degree as a minimum, ideally in a related subject such as engineering (any), architecture, building, quantity surveying, project or business management but we will consider other subjects providing you can show us;
A love of systems, processes and order.
The ability to get people to work with you, resolve problems and reach agreement
A focus on getting things done, even when it feels difficult, to meet deadlines and targets
Feel comfortable working with both complex numerical and technical language and information
Right to work in the UK
We'll give you;
£27,000 starting salary
A small, friendly and sociable company with a family feel, where everyone knows you
A wide range of projects, big enough to give you all the experience you need
A structured programme with supervision and dedicated technical & professional training to achieve Association of Project Management qualifications
Future leaders programme to meet with other early career colleagues to support your personal development
