South Grove Rail Interface Management
Context
The development of South Grove, a new urban quarter near Walthamstow, North London was presenting a delay, CPMS was commissioned to resolve this.
Project
Due to the proximity of the site to the railway, a number of critical packages required approval from Network Rail (design and construction phase) and some aspects of the works to be undertaken within possessions.
Method
CPMS managed the design and asset protection interface with Network Rail; negotiated and delivered support of Basic Asset Protection Agreement; design assurance of rail interface packages; reviewed, commented and
approved Risk Assessments & Method Statements and high risk Work Package Plans; coordinated and delivered possession dependent works, including track/embankment monitoring and de-vegetation.
