Preparing London Southend Airport for the start of Ryanair’s operations from April 2019.

Project
To provide project management and commercial support to Stobart Rail & Civils team to strengthen and groove existing runway with Marshall Asphalt.

Method
CPMS assessed client requirements, time and budget constraints and safety restrictions to develop a deliverable strategy for the project. Crucial early flight schedule analysis increased access by 20-30% each night.
