CPMS Community Kindness is about making a positive difference to the communities where we work. We do this by inspiring employees to become personally involved with supporting local community groups as well as small, local, companies, organisations, and charities in the areas where we provide services in the course of our business. Every year CPMS employees have 5 paid volunteering days available to them to spend time on supporting charitable initiatives. The employees undertake extensive fundraising work every year, supported by the CPMS Community Kindness Team.
As part of our Community Kindness initiative, CPMS joined Social Enterprise UK, a network to support a world where social enterprise is the usual way of doing business, as a Supporting Member.
CPMS employees are busy training for the 55-mile long London to Brighton cycle ride on the 19th of September to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation.
