Our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team was empowered to create a visual guide to support everyone on an inter-sectional approach to ally-ship, considering both the individual and combined impact of protected characteristics, and how we can all do more to support each other.

Since then, CPMS has not only launched a review of its internal policies and procedures with the aim to actively encouraging allyship, it has also arranged Unconscious Bias training for more than half of its workforce.  CPMS also continues to tackle issues of equality during the weekly company updates, and in its internal newsletter, combining a desire to learn & share, with the awareness that we do need to challenge existing assumptions & perceptions if we are to grow together and make our society more equal, diverse and inclusive for the benefit of individuals and businesses alike.
