We recognise that to deliver success we need simple clear and easy to understand reports that are used and embraced by project teams.
We always seek to implement the best system for our clients – embracing new solutions like Tableau © or Microsoft Power BI © – but also recognising that smaller scale projects and teams simply need a traffic light report or whiteboard update.
